It is important to note that the Blinker Genie effectively removes the operated lamp(s) from the turn signal circuit, as the Blinker Genie powers them through the running light circuit instead of the turn signal circuit.  This is detected as a bulb burned out by most motorcycles, and a fast-blink rate results.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Blinker Genie only imposes a 2W load on the blinker
