Custom LED has been in business since 2001 and incorporated as Custom LED LLC since 2003. In that time, the Owner of the company has remained in full control of all customer interactions including phone calls and emails, and is still the Cheif Engineer for product development and also personally hand-builds most of the products that we sell!
Custom LED is a very small company that prides itself on the quality and performance of our products and customer service.

"To be perfectly honest, I was a little leery of ordering my LED taillight with integrated blinkers for my 2013 Ducati Multistrada from the CustomLED website. All of the disclaimers about delayed shipping times and lost orders made me a little nervous it might be a scam site, or a customer service nightmare if I had to track down a lost item… but I overcame paranoia and completed my order.
