Occasionally Custom LED will offer a B-Stock item for sale. B-Stock items are indicated as such VIA a drop-down menu above the add to cart button. If it is not clearly designated as a B-Stock item, it is entirely a NEW item.
B-Stock items are items that carry the fit, function, Warranty and performance of a brand new part, but may have visible signs of cosmetic defects. The cosmetic issues may be caused during the manufacturing process, or simply found during the inspection process after manufacture.
It may also be an item that was sold to a customer who returned the item to us in a condition that we feel does not pass for a "new" Custom LED item. We have a very strict Quality Control process, and will reject any item that is not to our high standards.

If an item is sold as a Pre-Order purchase, the following conditions apply:
- Pre-Orders can be canceled for a full refund within the first 30 days of purchase.
- After 30 days, orders may still be canceled, but not for a full refund. The refund will be reduced to cover the credit card transaction fees that were deducted from your purchase. This fee is typically 3% to 3.5% per transaction.
Please understand that Pre-Order purchases are for the purpose of reserving your production item. Pre-Orders are typically offered before the first production parts have been produced, however we have completed all applicable prototype testing before Pre-Orders are available.
Pre-Orders will ship in the order received, as production units become available. See the product page for estimated shipping dates. Please note that pre-order shipping dates are best-estimates, and are subject to change as necessary without notice. We try to determine accurate estimated shipping dates; however a pre-order is an order that is received before production has generally begun. This means, logistical issues or material shortfalls may result during the process which may cause unforeseen delays.
Sharing of personal information for targeted advertising based on your interaction on different websites may be considered "sales", "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of these activities. If applicable, and you would like to exercise this opt-out right, please do so here.
Our return policy is that we refund the merchandise value (subtotal on invoice), less a restocking fee, for items returned in unused/unopened condition within 30 days of receipt.
We do not refund shipping charges to and from Custom LED. All orders that are canceled after the order has shipped will be treated as returns. Only items purchased directly from custom led may qualify.
To avoid restocking fees, be sure to return the item in as-shipped condition. This means with sealed bags unopened, and all items included with the original shipment.
Restocking fees may apply to returns received that require inspections, and are a minimum of:
- 5% for load equalizers, led automotive bulbs, electronic led flasher relay, OEM Connectors, Hyper-X LED and Driver, Wicked Strobes, Blinker Genie
- 10% for integrated led tail lights
- 20% for universal round led clusters and universal led flushmounts.
Restocking fees may be higher if items need to be repackaged and inspected.
Items that are damaged in return-transit are not eligible for refund. Items that are opened or installed may not be eligible for a refund.
These return policies may apply only to items purchased directly from customled.com.
Sales Tax Policy
Custom LED is required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to New Jersey.
We are so proud and confident about the products we design, manufacture and distribute at Custom LED, that we are now offering a satisfaction guarantee for eligible items sold directly from our web site (CustomLED.com). If you are not satisfied with the fit or function of any of our products, or feel that our claims are overstated in any way, you may return it for a full refund!
We can make this guarantee because we consistently have customers who are more than satisfied with the performance of our products. With all of the claims and cheap low quality products on the market, it's hard to differentiate a quality product like ours from the "competition". This satisfaction guarantee offers our customers a risk-free trial of our products so they can see first hand the quality and performance difference our products offer. CONDITIONS: The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to: improper items purchased, misunderstanding of claims, description or function, items damaged in transit or during/after installation, or items willfully or un-willfully damaged by the customer or installer. The customer is required to cover return shipping for items being returned under the satisfaction guarantee. Items must be deemed eligible by Custom LED customer support before being returned. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and in as-shipped condition. If items are found to be damaged or misused, they will be ineligible for the satisfaction guarantee.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS: All of our Integrated LED Tail Lights (retrofit kits and complete units), Flasher Relays, Wicked Strobes, Hyper-X LEDs and Load Equalizers are eligible!
Any situations and/or items excluded by our satisfaction guarantee will be treated as a return according to our return policy above.
Shipping Methods: All items shipped from Custom LED ship either by UPS, DHL, or USPS (United States Postal Service)
Shipping Insurance: We do not apply any additional insurance against theft, loss, or damage in transit other than the automatic amount for the service selected. If you have an item that is damaged in-transit, please contact us quickly so we can help resolve the situation.
Handling Time: Orders received before Noon EDT with items listed as "in-stock" will be shipped that same business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal/Postal Holidays.
Transit Time: Our shopping cart will estimate transit times when delivery address information is provided, and is based on real-time information which may not be accurate or guaranteed by the service provider. Once your tracking number is generated, you will know the guarantee delivery date if available or applicable for the service selected.
International Customs/Duties: Orders that are shipping outside of the USA may have customs related taxes, duties and fees imposed by the destination country. We do not calculate or charge any customs related fees at the time of purchase. The destination country will calculate these fees (if any) and will request payment either before delivery or upon delivery abroad. Please make sure the contact information you provide with your order is valid, so you can be contacted accordingly.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, your tracking number and tracking link will be automatically provided by eMail on the day of your shipment.

Terms of Service
All of our products are covered by a manufacturers warranty, the duration varies.
- Our integrated LED tail lights are covered by a full 2-year warranty from original purchase date for electronics, and limited 30 day warranty for the plastic lens/bucket assembly. Damages to electronics due to failure of lens assembly will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. This includes water damage. Items damaged in transit or during/after installation are not covered under warranty.
- All other products are backed by a 1 year warranty from original purchase date.
This warranty covers repair/refurbish costs for items that are found to have a manufacturing defect. The customer must pay shipping costs to ship items to Custom LED for warranty claims. Return shipping will be at the discretion of Custom LED.
In all warranty situations, the customer is required to send in their product for repair/replacement. There will be no exchanges. This is a repair based warranty, not replacement. In most cases, we handle warranty claims within 1 to 2 business days.
